We just launched a new website and identity for Kobalt Works, the company of choreographer and dancer Arco Renz.
WE USED TO play it by the book. Get paid on a regular basis. Have weekends off. Suffer the Monday blues. Run our heads off. Participate in 100 meetings a week. Get bored. Dream of something else… SO ONE DAY we decided it was time for a change. We took a deep breath and jumped, taking a good look at OUR FRIENDS who are artists, writers, designers, photographers, filmmakers, musicians, cooks, activists and WHO SHARE OUR LOVE for great ideas, warm gatherings, good design, beautiful music, texts that make you wonder, art works never to forget, nice food, slow time, new discoveries, fun, a better world,… and THAT BECAME OUR AIM, to go back to basics and to share all this through what we do.

PANACHE AGENCY helps artists focussing on their work by managing the business and/or PR aspects of their career.
Who we are
Kathleen Weyts was responsible for the marketing, communications and public relations at M HKA, the Antwerp Museum for Contemporary Art, for eight years. She was educated in communication and cultural sciences and intercultural management. She gained experience at, among others, the International Film Festival Ghent, International Arts Centre Vooruit, the Provincial Museum of Modern Art Ostend (PMMK), the Museum of Fine Arts Ghent, Van Dyck 1999, the 5th Moscow Biennial for Contemporary Art… She is working as a consultant for several cultural institutions and is a guest teacher at the Bruges Business School and the Antwerp Management School.
Philip Marnef has a degree in Germanic Languages, but studied Illustrative Design afterwards. From 2007 to 2013 he worked as graphic designer at a design agency, where he quickly became a one-man-webfactory and specialised himself in both design and development – a rare combination. By working on various web projects from a to z, he is familiar with every aspect of the job: from information architecture to user experience, from design to development.
Pieter Boels earned a master’s degree in Graphic Design at St-Lucas Antwerp in 2008, and has worked at different agencies and at M HKA since. In 2012 he began a freelance life, on several occasions working with PANACHE, and in January 2015 he joined the team as a part-time member. Pieter is experienced in both print and web design, and has a strong interest for typography and lettering. Among other things, he designed the collection catalogue for M HKA and the entire campaign for Antwerpen Koekenstad.
